This guidance puts into context the types of evidence that inspectors may find and the circumstances and differences they need to consider when evaluating full-time provision for 14 to 16 year olds in further education and sixth forms colleges. The guidance should be used in conjunction with the Handbook for the inspection of further education and skills.
