The information and references contained in this document has been subsumed in MCA Guidance on SOLAS Ch V, and has also been reflected in various of the IACS’ and UK’s Recognised Organisations. Various of the MCA M-notices, either directly or through reference to the IMO guidance, guidelines and other such resources, have since also included most of the above information.
