Details

As integrated offender management is a framework, implementation varies across local areas depending on their needs. This makes any assessment of the value for money of IOM nationally incredibly difficult. It is however possible for local areas to undertake economic evaluation of their own IOM arrangements if they wish to do so. It is hoped that by providing areas with this tool and associated economic evaluation handbook, they will be able to further strengthen the case for their local IOM arrangements.

To use this toolkit, first save it to your computer otherwise you may not be able to use all of its functionality.
