This guidance is to help public sector organisations write an Intellectual property (IP) policy which should form part of their Knowledge Asset Management Strategy (KAMS).

Developing a Knowledge Asset Management Strategy (KAMS) is a recommendation in the Rose Book and Managing Public Money.
