Details

The Social Security Advisory Committee (SSAC) reviews are periodic reviews that provide assurance and challenge about the continuing need, efficiency and good governance of public bodies. All reviews are carried out in line with the Cabinet Office Public Bodies Review Programme.

As a non-departmental public body, SSAC is subject to a review at least once in the lifetime of a Parliament.
