The Commission’s report responds to their Terms of Reference and sets out recommendations for how DFID and the UK Government, UK businesses and the City of London can work together to drive private sector investment in the developing world, while promoting lower carbon and better value-for-money infrastructure.
Gregory Hodkinson, previously the chairman at the global infrastructure firm Arup, chaired the Commission. The other Commissioners are Mark Hoban, Jennifer Musisi, Adebayo Ogunlesi, Kathie Painter, Julia Prescot, Nikhil Rathi, Jo da Silva, Subhash Thakrar and Richard Threlfall.
