The International Education Strategy (IES): 2022 Progress Update is the first annual progress update of the IES, following the 2021 IES update. This update summarises progress against the IES ambitions and all outstanding actions.

The IES sets out the UK government’s ambition for education exports and how UK government will support the UK education sector to access global opportunities.
