The International Regulatory Cooperation (IRC) strategy aims to drive international collaboration and learning to improve the UK’s domestic regulatory environment.

Details

The strategy sets out the UK’s vision for IRC. It aims to create a landscape that supports working internationally to capitalise on opportunities for regulatory cooperation in key sectors. This will help to ensure our domestic regulation is fit for purpose and innovation friendly, reduces unnecessary trade barriers for UK businesses and protects our citizens and the environment.

The strategy focuses on 3 main areas

  • global collaboration
