The Inspector can now announce that there will be a virtual directions hearing on 3 November 2022 concerning the investigation in to the deaths of Radhi Nama and Mousa Ali. Pursuant to R (Ali Zaki Mousa and others) v Secretary of State for Defence (No.2) [2013] EWHC 1412 (Admin) [220].
The directions hearing will be open to anybody who wishes to watch developments in relation to the current investigation. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, those families, friends and interested parties based in Iraq.
Interest to attend the directions hearing should be registered by sending an email to Sophie.Warner@mod.fcos.gov.uk. Further information about the time, video platform and agenda for the directions hearing will then be provided via email.
