Details

This research is part of a 2 year evaluation of IiP which will inform future policy and delivery arrangements for the Investors in People (IIP) Standard.

The report and summary documents present the findings of 10 case studies involving face-to-face visits to small and medium-sized organisations who had committed to IIP, were intending to undergo assessment within 6 months and which had already made some changes to their practices as a result of engaging with IIP. The research asked these 10 organisations about how IIP made a difference to management practice, how helpful it was to have access to an IIP specialist and how the product and process of engagement could be improved.

The Year 1 report can be found here.
