Ruling on Anonymity: SO30

  1. I received a request for anonymity on 18 October 2016.

  2. Having given due regard to all the circumstances of the case, and in particular the considerations for and against granting anonymity as set out in my General Ruling on Anonymity, I hereby order anonymity to be granted.

  3. The individual will be allocated the cipher ‘SO30’.
