In the matter of an investigation into the death of Captain Hassan

Ruling on Anonymity: SO31

  1. Having given due regard to all the circumstances of the case, and in particular the considerations for and against granting anonymity as set out in my General Ruling on Anonymity, I hereby order anonymity to be granted to a former soldier in connection with this matter.

  2. The individual will be allocated the cipher ‘SO31’.
