The costs protocol sets out how applications for awards relating to legal expenses will be dealt with.

Details
Lawyers from the Government Legal Department (GLD) are available to provide independent legal advice at no cost to witnesses if requested. Funding for lawyers other than from the GLD can also be made available.
The costs protocol governing such expenses is set out above.
