Referrals to the Secretary of State for Health made by Salford City Council Health and Social Care Scrutiny Committee, Rochdale Borough Council Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee and Bury Borough Council Healthier Communities Scrutiny Commission. The proposed changes relate to services primarily provided from Fairfield General Hospital Bury, Hope Hospital Salford, North Manchester General Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary, Royal Albert Edward Infirmary Wigan, Royal Bolton Hospital, Royal Oldham Hospital, Stepping Hill Hospital Stockport, St Mary’s Hospital Manchester, Tameside General Hospital, Trafford General Hospital and Wythenshawe Hospital.
