Details

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has a statutory duty, under Section 12 of the Equality Act 2006, to monitor progress on equality and human rights in Britain.

The EHRC published its first report under this duty, entitled ‘How Fair is Britain?’, in October 2010. ‘Is Britain Fairer?’ is the follow-up report to this and sets out developments since 2010.

Further documents, including the supporting evidence and accessible versions of the report, are available from the EHRC’s website.
