These statements record the findings and recommendations of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) about a complaint.
The complaint is from a workers association stating that British American Tobacco (BAT), a UK company, did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.
The workers association is IUF an international association of trades unions based in Switzerland, acting on behalf of FLOC, a member union based in the United States (US).
