Details

New Basic Energy Plan confirms less but not zero nuclear in the energy mix. Specific figures in 2-3 years. Will allow restarts for reactors approved by regulator. Keeps Japan on track for 8-10 restarts by mid-2015. Promises a 2030 renewables target of at least 20% for announcement before COP21.
