Details of the application
John F Hunt Regeneration Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 15/48/022/G/203/R01, which authorises the abstraction of water for pollution remediation from underground strata comprising metamorphosed slate and sandstone at Carrick, Cornwall at National Grid Reference (NGR) SW 77130 42718.
The proposed variation aims to add a second abstraction point at NGR SW 77211 42684. No other changes to the licence are being proposed as part of this variation.
