Details

Following the Specialised Committee on Citizens’ Rights meeting on 8 October 2020, this joint report provides information on implementing residency rights under the citizens’ rights part of the Withdrawal Agreement. It covers residency rights for EU citizens in the UK and UK nationals in the EU, including their family members.

The report includes a summary of residency systems in the UK and the EU. It provides a summary of each national system, with relevant links, information on deadlines and the numbers of applications for a new residence status.
