Please disclose the total number of judicial mediation settlements that have been reached with former staff members at employment tribunals in each of the last 10 financial years.

We Replied:

We hold no information prior to financial year 2009-10 but we can confirm that no judicial mediation settlements have been reached with former staff since then.
