Judicial Pension Scheme Regulations: Consultee list
This statement sets out those persons whom the Lord Chancellor would normally expect to consult when undertaking a consultation.

Before making regulations in exercise of the power in section 1 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 to establish pension schemes, the Lord Chancellor is required by section 21(1) of that Act to consult such persons (or representatives of such persons) as appear to the Lord Chancellor likely to be affected by those regulations. In accordance with section 21(2) of that Act, this statement sets out those persons whom the Lord Chancellor would normally expect to consult. This list is non-exhaustive and can be subject to amendments.
