Details

The government welcomes the report of the Justice Committee on restorative justice, published on 1 September 2016. In particular, the government welcomes the Committee’s support for restorative justice and the pragmatic approach the Committee has taken in reaching its conclusions and formulating its recommendations.

This command paper is the government’s response to the report. Numbering of conclusions and recommendations matches the numbering set out at page 29 of the Justice Committee’s report.
