The six Justice Reinvestment Pilots (Greater Manchester, Croydon, Hackney, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark) aim to incentivise local statutory partners to reduce demand on courts, legal aid, prisons and probation and, consequently, reduce the costs on the justice system.
