Qualitative research to gather feedback from a sample of Child Benefit recipients (e.g parents and guardians) whose child is aged 14 or 15, about a Juvenile National Insurance (NI) Number ‘call to action’ communication to encourage use of a digital service to set up their child’s digital account.

The research explored what information a Juvenile National Insurance (NI) Number ‘call to action’ communication should contain, how it should be presented and to understand likely action that parents would take on receipt.

The research was undertaken by TNS BMRB, on behalf of HMRC.

The research has helped understand our customers’ communications needs.
