Key stage 1: reporting teacher assessment data

Details

There are no expectations for schools to produce teacher assessment data in 2020 due to the cancellation of the 2020 assessments. Organisations that use the data, such as Ofsted and local authorities, should use data from previous years and should not be asking schools for data relating to 2020.

This page will be updated for the 2020/21 academic year.

Schools must submit teacher assessment (TA), including P scale, data to the local authority by Thursday 27 June for all eligible pupils at the end of key stage 1 (KS1).

TA should be carried out as part of teaching and learning, and is part of end of KS1 assessment and reporting. Schools are required to report TA for English reading, English writing, mathematics and science.

Local authorities should also refer to the guide to submitting data.
