Future Support Offer 2024 grant competition
1. The Future Support Offer 2024 (FSO 2024) grant competition opened on 19 June 2023 and is being hosted on the government Find a Grant service.
2. This provides continuity of support when the current support offer, Help to Claim, provided by Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland ends on 31 March 2024.
3. The grant competition is open to applications from organisations to receive funding from 1 April 2024. This will provide individuals with tailored practical support through telephony and digital channels, including webchat, across England, Scotland, and Wales to:

make a new claim to Universal Credit (UC) (whether they are new to the welfare system or moving from a legacy benefit to UC)
-
maintain their new UC claim up until their first full correct payment.

5. The competition closes on Friday 28 July 2023.
