This document sets out guidance for UK departments ahead of bidding for funding as part of the Labour Market Evaluations and Pilots Fund, which was announced at Spring Budget 2023. The aim of this fund is to continue to build the evidence base on the effectiveness of policies to improve labour market outcomes. The guidance outlines the key assessment criteria, application process and the assessment process to support departments in making bids.
