This report outlines the Land Registry’s main achievements over the financial year 2006 to 2007, along with the risks and issues that it faced.
It presents information on:

It also reports on how programmes, projects, finances, people and information were managed.
The financial statements and notes set out the Land Registry’s expenditure for the 12 months and the financial position as at 31 March 2007.

Report prepared pursuant to section 101 of the Land Registration Act 2002, and accounts prepared pursuant to Section 4(6) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973, of HM Land Registry Trading Fund as at 31 March 2007, together with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General.
