The Equality Act 2010 sets out the department’s obligations under the Public Sector Equality Duty to collect and analyse information to establish whether there is a gender pay gap in its workforce.
Land Registry reached a collective agreement to end pay progression for employees governed by delegated pay arrangements. Following implementation, a voluntary equal pay audit was carried out and this report details the findings.
