You can request a reconsideration of a Landscape Recovery scheme decision, as long as you make the request in writing within 60 days.
Read the guidance and email the completed form to LandscapeRecovery@defra.gov.uk.
If you’re unhappy with the results of a reconsideration, you can appeal the decision.
