Apply to deploy mobile plant for landspreading waste using form LPD1. The LPD1 form guidance explains what information the Environment Agency require to assess your application.

When the Environment Agency has assessed and agreed your application for deployment, you must operate in line with your:
- environmental permit
- agreed deployment form and supporting documents
Planning permission
Waste operations, including some mobile plant deployments, may need planning permission. For example, you may need it for some types of storage, like lagoons. Your local planning authority can advise.
