- the procurement route decision tree - a tool to assist procurement professionals to think through and identify the most appropriate procurement route for the requirement
- value stream maps (also known as a route maps) - these set out the key stages from the identification of the business need to the award of the contract
- standard operating procedures (SOPs) - a set of high level desk instructions describing the best known method for carrying out the activities described in the value stream map
- the visual management template library - all the standard templates that you need to run a lean procurement
- KPI pack - guidance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement turnaround times, departmental costs, supplier bid costs and resource capability
- the outline solution template for the competitive dialogue procedure - to send out to suppliers for them to outline their initial proposals and to inform the start of the dialogue
