The Housing Minister, Lee Rowley MP, has today (27 November 2023) written to the Chair of the Law Commission, Sir Nicholas Green, in response to the Law Commission’s comprehensive reports on leasehold valuation, enfranchisement and the right to manage. The letter thanks the Commission for its work on the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Bill, which was published today.
