Leek and Upper Hulme firing times January 2025

All military training takes place within the training area boundaries, which are:
- on the west side by A38 Leek to Buxton Road
- on the east it stretches across to the Revidge and Forkhill Plantation where it meets Warslow Road
- on the north to just south of Middle Hills, Round Knowl, Lumpool Plantation and Shawfields Farm
- on the south from Swainsmoor via Mermaid to Herbage, Averhillside to Moorside
Short notice changes may be made to the dates shown.
Firing times
Firing and training this month includes general military tactical training, pyrotechnics and blank ammunition.

Your safety
For your own safety do not touch any military debris, it may be dangerous.
The red flags surrounding the area will be flown when operations are in force and when clearing munitions. These are positioned in prominent places to warn members of the public, please do not enter the marked areas when the red flags are flying.
There is no entry into the out of bounds area, which is completely fenced and appropriately signed.
Do not enter the danger area when ranges are in use, this is a danger to life.
