After the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) submits its annual reports to the Welsh Language Commissioner, the LAA receives a formal response to its achievements against the Welsh Language Scheme. This response to the 2012 to 2013 and 2013 to 2014 annual reports recognises the good work the LAA has undertaken and reaffirms the pride the LAA takes in providing this service as ‘business as usual’.
