The national surveillance scheme has a reporting form for Legionnaires' disease in England and Wales.

Details

The national surveillance scheme:

  • detects clusters or outbreaks of legionella infection in England and Wales or abroad
  • identifies sources of infection so that control measures can be applied to prevent further cases
  • offers legionella surveillance information

Report all confirmed cases of Legionellosis to the national surveillance scheme for Legionnaires’ disease using this form.
