Details

Foundation Learning finished in July 2013 and learners with similar needs joined the new 16 to 19 study programmes from August 2013.

Inspectors analysed evidence from a sample of 59 independent learning providers and community learning and skills providers delivering the Foundation Learning provision to 16–18-year-olds.

All the providers had been inspected by Ofsted since the provision’s full implementation in August 2010.
