Details

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) wrote to the Department highlighting the potential risks to competition of the Oil and Gas Authority’s focus on increasing cooperation within the industry to maximise the economic recovery of North Sea oil and gas. The Government has considered the CMA’s recommendations and has responded.
