This guidance provides a basic overview of insolvency and liquidation proceedings and more detailed information about the documents you must send to Companies House.

It includes some of the rules that apply to:

  • moratoria
  • company voluntary arrangements
  • administrations
  • receivers
  • voluntary liquidations
  • compulsory liquidations
