Details

The guidelines are taken from the provisions in:

• section 55 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995
• the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety At Work) Employment Of Young Persons) Regulations 1998 (as amended)

They must be included in every list of crew.
