Details

The literature review was commissioned by the Insolvency Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group, which is co-chaired by the Insolvency Service and R3.

The findings support work to understand and take action to address barriers to inclusion and diversity within the insolvency sector.

The review identifies a wide range of themes and messages emerging from the literature. It highlights areas in which there has been low levels of academic research, and identifies areas in which further research would be useful including on intersectional impacts.

The review provides useful insights for the sector; along with practical suggestions for effective interventions.
