Details

Public Health England (PHE) commissioned Ipsos MORI through a competitive tendering process to collect data for a sample of local authorities which were chosen to provide coverage of all regions and types of local authority.

Data for 25 local authorities were collected between 29 February and 25 April 2016 using a postal survey methodology. Data were collected for 9,683 individuals, an average of 387 responses per authority.
