Details

The Local Authority COVID-19 Business Support Grants Schemes programme was first introduced in March 2020 to provide cashflow support to small businesses adversely affected by non-pharmaceutical interventions introduced to contain the outbreak of COVID-19.

Eight grant schemes were introduced to support businesses with their non-wage costs and safeguard their survival.

The report incorporates a process, impact, and economic evaluation of these schemes.
