Amended 12 July 2017: guidance to regulation 7(2)(e) on page 9 to comply with the order of the High court judgement on 22 June 2017.

This guidance has been prepared to assist administering authorities in the formulation, publication and maintenance of their investment strategy statement required by regulation 7 of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Management and Investment of Funds) Regulations 2016.
