Details
The monthly figures are for illustrative purposes only and have been converted from the weekly LHA rates. Any policy enquiries should be directed to the Department for Work and Pensions.
These rates will not appear on LHA-Direct before 20 March 2017.

Table 3 | The 30th percentile figures shown here are derived from twelve months worth of lettings information collected up to the end of September 2016. |
Table 4 | The rates in Table One uplifted by 3% Targeted Affordability Funding, where applicable are shown here. |
Table 5 | The LHA rates effective from 1 April 2017 are shown here, taking account of the Maximum Local Housing Allowance. |
Note | Local Housing Allowance rates were frozen on 30 January 2015. The rates effective from April 1 2017 use the 2015 - 16 (Table 1) rate as a starting point. |
