Details

The monthly figures are for illustrative purposes only and have been converted from the weekly LHA rates. Any policy enquiries should be directed to the Department for Work and Pensions. These rates will not appear on LHA-Direct before 16 March 2018.

Table 2	The 30th percentile figures shown here are derived from twelve months worth of lettings information collected up to the end of September 2017.
Table 3	The rates in Table One uplifted by 3% Targeted Affordability Funding, where applicable are shown here.
Table 4	The LHA rates effective from 1st April 2018 are shown here, taking account of the Maximum local housing allowance.
