  • completion rate – the proportion of completed transactions made using the search service, relative to the number of started transactions
  • customer satisfaction – taken from the in-service feedback form; plus a targeted satisfaction survey of registered service users
  • cost per transaction – taken from the total search volumes for local land charges, compared with the cost of hosting and supporting the service
