  2. Amendments to Clause 2 (definitions) to add 16-17 Saver to the definition of “Inter-Operator Schemes” in Clause 2.1 and Schedule 5.5 (Regulation of Individual Fares) to add the definition ROUND to Paragraph 2.1.
