Details
The Environment Agency produced the licensing strategy using evidence gathered during its catchment abstraction management strategy (CAMS) process.
This CAMS does not cover the Thames estuary or the River Thames upstream of Teddington Lock.
See also the Environment Agency’s publication Managing Water Abstraction, which details the over-arching principles used when managing abstraction licences.
