Details

The Prison Service Employee Package, which will be updated annually, brings together in one place a wide range of information detailing our offer to prison staff, including career progression, training, wellbeing, staff benefits and much more. It also gives an overview of the work taking place behind the scenes to enhance our offer further, so that we can ensure the prison service remains a great place to work into the future. Working in the prison service is one of the toughest jobs there is, but there are few jobs that are as uniquely challenging with as many rewards - something we hope is evident throughout this document.
